 It was a great honor and privilege to have a private meeting with the president of Germany, Mr. Joachim Gauck during his visit in Maastricht.    Maastricht February 07, 2017    នៅក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ខ្ញុំបានសួរគាត់ពីបទពិសោធន៏នយោបាយ ការកសាងទំនុកចិត្ត និងការបញ្ឈប់ជំលួសការគំគួនរបស់ប្រជាជននិងប្រទេសជាសមាជិកសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប។មានកិត្តិយសដែលបានថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំសកលវិទ្យាល័យនិងសាលាក្រុង Maastrich ជ្រើសរើសអោយចូលរូមជួបពិភាក្សាជាមួយប្រធានាធិបតីអាឡឺម៉ង់ Joachim Gauck នៅក្នុងឱកាសប្រារព្ធខួបទី២៥ឆ្នាំរបស់សហភាពអឺរ៉ុប។ លោកប្រធានាធិបតី Joachim Gauck ត្រូវបានគេគោរពនិងចាត់ទុកជាជនគំរូនៅអឺរ៉ុបដោយសារតែគាត់បានតស៊ូយ៉ាងស្វិតស្វាញប្រឆាំងទៅនឹងលទ្ធិកុំម្មុយនិស្តនិងទាមទាអោយមានសិទ្ធិពលរដ្ឋនៅអាឡឺម៉ង់ខាងកើត។ ហើយខ្ញុំក៏បានសុំយោបល់របស់គាត់ក្នុងការកសាងសមាគមអាស៊ានការកសាងទំនុកចិត្តនិងការបញ្ឈប់ជំលួសរវាងប្រទេសជាសមាជិក។ ធ្វើដែលគួរអោយចាប់អារម្មណ៏គឺសំនួរទាក់ទងទៅនឹងការប្រៀបធៀបឥទ្ធិពលឬការគំរាមកំហែងដល់សន្តិសុខ និងសាមគ្គីភាពរបស់សហភាពអឺរ៉ុបពីសំណាក់រូស្សីនិងឥទ្ធិពលចិនមកលើអាស៊ាន។
